How does Luingo OS pricing work?
We offer simple, scalable subscription plans based on the number of active properties you manage. You only pay for what you use, and you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Custom plans are available for larger portfolios or OTA integrations.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding is 100% free, and we’ll personally guide you through your first setup. Whether you’re managing one property or fifty, we make sure you start with clarity and confidence.
What’s the difference between the per-property and per-user pricing?
Per-property pricing is designed for villa and property managers – one flat fee covers the property and unlimited desktop users and up to 10 mobile app users. Per-user pricing is for service providers like cleaning or maintenance companies, where you pay per staff account but can manage unlimited client sites.
Are there discounts if I pay yearly?
Yes. If you pay yearly, you get 2 months free. That means you only pay for 10 months and Luingo covers the rest.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. Luingo OS is built for flexibility. You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard – no hidden fees or lock-ins.
Is my data secure and compliant?
